Our Legacy

Founded in 1972, SAM NAK-NGAN A.M.C. Co., Ltd. began as a collaboration among leading professors in auditing, led by the esteemed Professor Sangvien Intaravichai. Initially named "Sangvien and Associates," the firm has grown over five decades into one of Thailand's most trusted audit firms.

On May 30, 1976, the firm was restructured as a professional service partnership to offer independent accounting and management consulting services. To align with Thailand’s economic expansion and globalization, the firm adopted the name "SAM NAK-NGAN A.M.C." in 1995, signifying our growth and unwavering commitment to excellence.

In 1972, a group of professors with expertise in auditing came together to establish an auditing firm named "Sangvien and Associates Certified Public Accountants and Management Consultants." Professor Sangvien Intaravichai served as the advisor for the firm's establishment.On May 30, 1976, the firm transitioned into a partnership entity, focusing on providing professional and independent services in accounting and management consultancy. These services included auditing, accounting system implementation, and more. At that time, the firm was renamed " SAM NAK-NGAN A.M.C." to make it more memorable and globally recognizable. As Thailand's economy continued to grow rapidly, the firm expanded alongside the increasing number of clients and staff. However, the office's organizational structure became less efficient, prompting a transition to a limited company model. On March 29, 1995, the firm was officially renamed " SAM NAK-NGAN A.M.C. Co., Ltd." and has continued providing services to this day.
